2026 M2Y CONFERENCE

November 5-8, 2026

M2Y is a conference designed to aid anyone who works with young people in a church setting. Whether you are a volunteer, deacon, elder, or full-time youth minister, this conference is designed with you in mind.

Theme

We’ve all had moments in ministry where life feels out of control and where fear, stress, and uncertainty seem to drown out everything else. Sometimes we face overwhelming waves and ministry gets hard. This year at M2Y, we are attempting to slow down and lean into a simple and powerful truth: Stillness in the Presence of God. Learning what it means to cling to God in the middle of the storm. We’re excited to be back together again in Gatlinburg, TN on November 5–8 for a weekend that we hope brings clarity, peace, and a renewed faith. There are plenty of details to come like classes, speakers, keynotes, and new opportunities to connect and grow.

Registration

EARLY REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!! You can register as an individual, couple, or a congregation. There are special rates for college students and vendors.

Register now for discounted rates. Prices will increase by $25 during our late registration window after summer.

Hotel and Lodging

Our conference is being held at the Glenstone Lodge in Gatlinburg; however, our registration fees do not include lodging. But we do have special room rates at the Glenstone. You can make reservations online by clicking here or you can call (865)436-9361, dial 1 for individual reservations (not group sales), and identify yourself with the MINISTERING TO YOUTH CONFERENCE at the time of reservation.

ROOM RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS (one night deposit charged at the time of reservation, balance due at check-in):

Standard King & Double Queen Exterior/Interior: $94.00 plus tax (Sunday-Thursday) and $149.00 plus tax (Friday and Saturday)

Interior King Fireplace (no balcony): $104.00 plus tax (Sunday-Thursday) and $159.00 plus tax (Friday and Saturday)

Cancellations may be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date forfeits the first night’s room/tax. Rates are based upon up to four people per room. Rate and room block will be honored until cut-off date of Monday, October 5, 2026. After the cut-off date, the rate will be adjusted, and rooms may be reserved based on availability. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12.75%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability to your attendees, 1 day before the above dates.
