M2Y 25 Booth Registration

If you're a vendor and would like to register a booth at M2Y, this is where you can register. Booth registration includes:

  • 1 Conference Registration so you can enjoy all the classes and keynotes we have to offer

  • 2 meals

  • Table and chair for your setup

Camps and Retreat Centers can secure a booth for just $50. Everyone else (churches, education institutions, missions efforts) can get a booth for $300.

If you have an additional person who would like to come and attend the conference as well, you can add them when you register here and they will have a discounted registration cost of $50 per person, which covers the cost of the whole conference. When adding additional people, manually add them by selecting 'Additional Booth Conf Registration' and hitting 'ADD TO CART.'

Please note that just like all our other registrations, this does not include any kind of lodging. You must arrange that yourself.

We do have special room rates at the Glenstone. You can make reservations online by clicking here or you can call (800)362-9522, dial 1 for individual reservations, and identify yourself with the MINISTERING TO YOUTH CONFERENCE at the time of reservation. Room rates for standard double queen rooms are $89 (Sunday-Thursday) and $149 (Friday-Saturday).
